TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The first payment is a deposit of 20% of the full purchase, plus applicable taxes and shipping.
2. Payment terms is 3 months
After deduction of 20% deposit, the remaining balance will be equally divided on the succeeding months. There will be a 2% monthly interest after 3 months and late payments. Shipping fee will be included in the final payment if it has not been paid previously.
3. We accept check, bank transfers & credit card payment methods.
4. Layaways can be applied on select item/s in our shop, but cannot be combined with other promotions /discounts.
5. All items purchased / ordered at Brandconscious are guaranteed all authentic.
6. Items bought from Brandconsious are understood to have some very minimal flaws. Inclusions may also be limited and flawed.
7. Macro and detailed photos are well represented and provided for your review and approval.
8. Brandconscious is not liable with third party agreements I.E. Reselling items bought from our store.
9. Brandconscious is not affiliated with any of the designer brands. All registered trademarks are reserved to the respective brands.
10. Unclaimed/unpaid/unsettled orders shall be subject to storage fee of ₱500.00 per day of unclaimed period.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. You may cancel your deposit within 2 days (inclusive of weekends & holidays) for a full refund. After 2 days, the 20% deposit is not refundable.

2. No returns are accepted on layaway items. All sales are final.

3. Failure to complete payment within the agreed-upon timeframe will result in order cancellation and forfeiture of your deposits. Item will be made available to other customers.

4. Payments from unclaimed orders are not transferrable and cannot be applied to any of succeeding orders of the depositor client.

The Layaway Program allows you to reserve and purchase luxury items by making a series of payments over time. It's a convenient way to secure your dream luxury piece while spreading the cost.

Not all items are eligible for layaway. Only specific items qualify for the program, so it's important to check the product details to confirm eligibility.

You can cancel your layaway order within five (5) days after your first 20% deposit and receive a full refund. After this period, deposits and payments become non-refundable, and all sales are final.

No, additional discounts cannot be applied to layaway items.

All layaways must be paid within six (6) months or eight (8) months, depending on the agreement and the item. Failure to complete payments within the agreed-upon timeframe will result in the cancellation of your order and the loss of your deposits.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for layaway orders. It's crucial to review the item description and photos carefully before making your purchase.

We provide receipts for every payment, and you can also access a record of all your payments. We recommend keeping a personal record of your payments for your reference.
