Our policy does not allow returns. Please be sure of your purchase as all sales are final.
However, we will give 100% refund for items that is proven not authentic, which has never happened with Brandconscious.

We describe our bags very accurately.  Feel free to ask all your questions before makes a purchase. We will gladly answer any questions and provide additional pictures upon request.
